The French company has implemented a 24/7 hotline for phone calls and text messages along with a dedicated app that allows the user to communicate directly and free of charge with an operator on the platform.

Other measures have been developed and are being implemented as of April 2025, such as safe spaces in stations for victoms of sexual and gender based assault.
