Flander’s Accessibility Master Plan is an action plan to make public transport infrastructure in the region more accessible by 2030. It is included in the Flemish coalition agreement and fits into the new Flemish mobility vision of basic accessibility.
This plan is particularly tailored to individuals with a disability or elderly people who rely more heavily on public transport travel, thus requiring more accessible stops.
Key Objectives

- Existing stops to be made accessible by 2030
- New or reconstructed stops will be designed to be accessible for people with a motor disability and for the blind and visually impaired.
- 100% of the stops at a Hoppin point to be made independently accessible for people with a motor and visual impairment by 2030.
